"Worst agency I've ever dealt with. Angelica in billing will hang up on you if you call her out on them constantly over charging. I was in an accident. I have full coverage, with all the bells and whistles. But guess what. I don't have a car rental. What a joke. I asked for it and now I don't have it. I suggest anyone to ask to get transferred from this office to another agency. And do not. I repeat, do not deal with this trash of an office"
